How does the creator get my product?
Amplify by One Impression creators need your product so they can try it themselves and feature it authentically in their content. Brands are required to ship products directly to the creators’ provided shipping addresses.
Please note: All shipping costs, including tariffs and customs duty fees, must be covered by the brand. Creators should not be asked to pay any charges on delivery.
How to ship your product:

Open your campaign and click “Ship products.”

Click “Download all creator addresses.”

Ship the products offline through your courier partner and collect the AWB/tracking ID.

Return to the same page, click “Add tracking ID,” enter the AWB, select the courier partner, and click “Verify.”

The dashboard will automatically display the latest delivery status.

Can the creator return the product that I sent them?
No, we don't recommend asking creators to return the product that was sent, since this is part of the reward for making your video.
Can the creator order the product themselves?
No, we do ask brands to send their products to the creators for free, as it is part of their reward for making a video for your brand. You should never ask the creators to order the product themselves. Their delivery address will be available to you, and you can ship the product to them directly.
