🧭 Your Submission Deadlines
Timeliness is key to a successful campaign. Please adhere strictly to the following timelines to maintain a good standing on the platform:

Product-Based Campaigns: Submit your content within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Service-Based Campaigns: Submit your content within 72 hours of your application being approved.

First Revision: If changes are requested, upload the revised video within 48 hours.

Second Revision: If a second round of changes is required, upload the revised video within 24 hours.
📞 Dealing with Delays
We understand that life happens. If something unexpected comes up and you cannot upload on time, you must inform us immediately. Prompt communication helps us support you better and keeps the campaign on track.

Account Block: Your account may be blocked, resulting in:

Removal from campaigns you applied for but weren't yet selected for.

Status of Active Tasks: Depending on the severity of the situation, you may either be:

Allowed to complete your current tasks and get paid. 💸

To ensure your content gets approved quickly and you build a great reputation with brands, follow these best practices.
✅ What You Should Do

🔔 Stay Updated: Turn on app notifications so you never miss important campaign updates or revision requests.

💬 Communicate Promptly: Respond to One Impression Support as soon as possible—even if you are just confirming a delay. Communication builds trust!

📦 Report Issues ASAP: If the product delivery is delayed, damaged, or items are missing, notify support immediately.
