I selected a Creator, What Happens Next?

Once you’ve selected a creator to collaborate with, the next step is ensuring they receive your product or service. Creators must receive the product, as it is part of their reward for producing content for your brand. To help you complete this step smoothly, follow the shipping workflow outlined below.


How to Ship Products to Creators

1. Access the Shipping Section

Navigate to your Campaign Manager and select "Ship products."


2. Download Creator Addresses

Click "Download all creator addresses" to export a file containing the shipping information of every creator involved in the campaign.
Use this file to prepare your shipments.


3. Ship the Product Offline

Ship the items using your preferred courier partner.
Once shipped, make sure you obtain a tracking ID / AWB number from the courier.

Tip: Keep this tracking number handy—you will need it to update the Amplify dashboard.


4. Add Tracking Information

Return to the Amplify dashboard and click "Add tracking ID."
Here you’ll be able to link the shipment details to the respective creator.


5. Verify Tracking

Enter the AWB number, select the correct courier partner, and then click "Verify."

Once verified, the dashboard will automatically pull in the current delivery status from the courier’s system. You can monitor shipment progress directly within the Amplify interface without checking courier websites manually.


What Happens Next?

Creators will receive your product, prepare their content, and proceed with delivering the video based on your campaign guidelines. Accurate and timely shipping helps ensure smooth collaboration and prevents delays in content production.
