What Are the SLAs / Timelines on Amplify by One Impression?

At Amplify by One Impression, our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) kick off the moment a brand fills out the campaign brief. Here is the step-by-step timeline:

Phase 1: Selection & Logistics 🚀

• Step 1: Once the brief is filled, we provide 2X applications of the number of creator required based on your requirements within 48 hours. 📄

• Step 2: The brand selects their preferred creators within the next 48 hours. ✅

• Step 3: Logistics depend on the campaign type:

  • 📦 Product-Based: The brand ships products within 48 business hours. Once the creator receives the product, they must upload content within 72 hours.

  • 🛠️ Services-Based: Creators are required to upload content within 72 hours of being selected.

Phase 2: Review & Edits ✍️

• Step 4: The brand reviews the initial content within 72 hours. 🧐

• Step 5 (Edit Round 1): If changes are needed, the creator uploads revised content within 48 hours. The brand then reviews this revision within 48 hours. 🔄

• Step 6 (Edit Round 2): If a second round of edits is required, the creator uploads the revision within 24 hours. The brand must give final approval within 48 hours. 👍

Phase 3: Go Live 🌟

• Step 7:

  • For UGC: The brand can download the content immediately. 📥

  • For Social Posts (Reels/Static): The creator posts the approved content to their Instagram within 48 hours. 📱
