Who Owns the Content Post-Campaign?

After a campaign concludes on Amplify by One Impression, brands retain ownership of the UGC content for a period of three months ⏳. During these three months, brands are free to repurpose the delivered content across their social media channels 📱 as well as on their website 🌐.

However, it’s important to note that usage rights do not include permission to run paid advertisements 🚫. This means brands may not use the content for boosted posts, paid campaigns, or any form of digital advertising.

Ad rights are required to run paid advertisements.
